Nicola Carroll - Project Manager

Nicola qualified as a mental health nurse in 1992 and worked in a variety of adult mental health settings including forensic, intensive care and acute care. Nicola left the public sector in 1997 to work in a private care facility specialising in neurological conditions. Since 2001, she has worked in the field of brain injury as a manager of residential services. Nicola is experienced in all aspects health and social care management, including assessment of health and social care needs, recruitment, marketing, finance and compliance with legislation and regulatory standards.
